Does maintaining physical fitness have anything to do with fighting the Corona virus?
Corona virus is a virus that causes COVID-19 (Corona Virus Infection Disease) which first broke out in Wuhan, China. The most common symptom in patients infected with COVID-19 is a typical symptom of pneumonia, namely fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Then followed by muscle aches, headaches, sore throats, until colds. There are also symptoms of chest pain, diarrhea and nausea, vomiting but not much and not significant. These symptoms will be diagnosed leading to COVID-19 if you have a history of traveling to an area affected by the corona virus or have been in contact with a positive person infected with the corona virus.
Until now, no effective treatment or vaccine has been found to prevent this COVID-19 infection. Even so you can still prevent the risk of getting this infection with the following simple steps:
Wash your hands properly and properly using soap
Drink plenty of water
Eat foods that are nutritionally balanced and eat well
Take vitamins that contain vitamin C
Do not carelessly touch your face if you have not washed your hands
Avoid contact with sick people, especially people experiencing coughs and colds
Wear a mask all the time, especially when going out
Diseases caused by viruses can basically recover by themselves if our immune system is strong. So it is very important to maintain the body to stay fit. So if you experience flu symptoms and don't recover within one week with high fever after you travel, see a doctor immediately to determine the cause.
