Piercing Headaches, Trembling, Nausea, And White Eyes?
Good afternoon, so I want to ask about the pain that I often experience and it has happened 3 times. First, my symptoms are half like white so it is hard to read. Then suddenly my head hurt immediately pierced. The location of the pain changes, sometimes on the right, then in the middle. My body trembled like shivering, nausea. I even fainted because of that. This pain lasts about 2-3 hours and then disappears after taking medication. But somehow it happened again until 3 times I experienced it. especially in fasting already 2 times. Why is that? thank you
Hello Dellamp15, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
It should be understood that a diagnosis cannot be established if there has not been a direct physical examination (and supporting examinations if needed). But from your information, there are several possibilities, including:
Hypoglycemia (lack of blood sugar) Anemia (lack of hemoglobin - the part of the blood that carries oxygen to carry the whole body) Dehydration (lack of body fluids) etc. It is good when you experience these symptoms, visit the nearest health service, to be checked by doctor and if there are indications of blood sugar, hemorrhage, and so on.
To prevent this, you are advised to eat enough calories and drink at least 8 glasses a day (divided for some time during iftar time). Tell people around you (for example family), if you faint ask them to make room for you (don't surround them), raise both feet higher than the heart, give smells like rubbing oil near the nose, don't give a drink if not fully aware (if you are fully aware, drink 1 glass of sweet drink), and immediately bring it to health services. Sister can take paracetamol which can be purchased freely at pharmacies to reduce the symptoms of headache.
All of our suggestions and answers, hopefully useful, good night.
