Hello Mrs. Liando,
Test packs or independent pregnancy tests that circulate have high accuracy if used correctly, around 98-99%. Therefore it is most likely that you are pregnant.
Usually, ultrasound can detect pregnancy as early as 6 weeks of gestation, or even less if the ultrasound equipment is sophisticated or through transvaginal ultrasound. However, in some women, the only visible thickness of the uterus may be, the fetal sac is difficult to see because it is still very small. Usually the doctor will ask to return 1-2 weeks later. At 7-8 weeks of age the fetal heartbeat should be heard on ultrasound.
Spots that occur at this time should not be underestimated. Although some pregnant women experience spots and there are no problems with the fetus, the spots can also indicate a miscarriage, blighted ovum (undeveloped fetus), pregnancy in wine or pregnancy outside the womb. Your action is right by checking it with a gynecologist. At this time you can follow the advice, with control within the specified time and take any medications or supplements that the doctor gave you. Monitor the bleeding that occurs, if it gets more, stomach pain / heartburn, or it doesn't stop in a few days, immediately go to the obstetrician again even though it's not time for control.
