Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, if no specific complications occur from previous curettage, chances are that nothing will be found on your gynecological examination. However, sometimes complications can occur from the action of curettage, for example, a hole in the uterus, or scar tissue / scar tissue and uterine adhesions, which will most likely direct your doctor's suspicion of the previous curettage. Your doctor will also need to know your curettage history if you find the complications mentioned above or if other complications occur such as infection of the uterus.
You should not need to cover up your illness from the doctor who examined you. Your doctor (and all other doctors) has been sworn to maintain the medical confidentiality of his patients. If indeed you do not want your family to know about your curettage history, for example, tell your doctor not to discuss your medical condition with your family. But for your own good, you are expected to remain honest with the doctor who examined you.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
