Hello Abigail, Thank you for the question.
Have you consulted with further obstetricians? Miscarriage is the loss / death of the fetus at less than 20 weeks' gestation. Some of the symptoms of miscarriage are vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, and lower back pain. Miscarriage can be caused by various conditions such as:
problems with the placenta
chronic disease of pregnant women
abnormalities in the uterus or cervix
Management of miscarriage depends on the stage of miscarriage and the treatment given by the doctor aims to prevent further bleeding and uterine infections. If the doctor has done a curette and the remaining conception tissue is still found in the uterus, then usually the doctor will give medication or do a repeat of the curette. If the rest of this tissue is left then it can potentially cause infection of the uterus and uterine damage further. Therefore, please consult your obstetrician immediately. Avoid illegal abortion to avoid further health complications and avoid criminal law.
Hopefully this information is useful.
