Introduce my name afifah. 25 years old and is married. in my question about pregnancy. so this is the doc, I used to menstruate when the 15th and last 15th of March last, as usual doc every time before menstruation I usually appear symptoms that I feel like pimples, back pain. but before I tested using the test twice and showed two red lines (positive), but if it is positive, why not show any symptoms of early pregnancy?

Signs of pregnancy can be divided into uncertain signs of pregnancy and definite signs of pregnancy. An uncertain sign of pregnancy is a symptom that is usually felt by a pregnant woman but this symptom is not necessarily caused by pregnancy because other diseases can also cause similar symptoms. Examples of signs of uncertain pregnancy are late menstruation, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, breast tightness. You have not experienced this sign of pregnancy because of the possibility of early pregnancy, if calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period (HPHT) you are still around 3-4 weeks.
A positive testpack result is a surer sign of pregnancy than the pregnancy sign mentioned above. Testpack is a pregnancy detection tool to detect the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) hormone from urine, which is formed from the developing placenta. Testpack results that show positive results means it is almost certain that you are pregnant. However, the results of this testpack must be confirmed again by an ultrasound examination by an obstetrician. If the current testpack results are positive, it is recommended that you wait 2-3 weeks later to consult an obstetrician for ultrasound testing. You can be sure to get pregnant if later on an ultrasound examination shows a pregnancy sac and a fetus candidate (which only begins to appear at 5-6 weeks of gestation). While waiting for a consultation with an obstetrician, please keep your health care by:

much rest
multiply the consumption of nutritious foods
consumption of folic acid supplements, 400 micrograms every day
multiply water consumption
manage stress well
Avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages
avoid taking supplements or other drugs without doctor's advice
