Pregnancy Program In Patients With Breast Tumors?
Hello, I’m Arumi, 24 years old, I’m married for about a year. At the moment I want to plan my first child pregnancy, but my condition: 1. I have 3 small breast tumors (benign) and do not shrink or enlarge. I do breast ultrasound once a year for 3 years.2. I have a lump in the left neck of about 4 cm, but in 1 year I didn’t get bigger, now there is a new lump on the right. the position of the two is near the collarbone. From the lab results 6 months ago t4 and t3 were declared normal. During this time I still consulted the oncologist. The doctor said I would have a hard time getting pregnant. Is that true? Please advise me so that I can consult any specialist doctor for my current condition. Thank you Doctor 🙂
Pregnancy occurs when a sperm cell meets a mature egg. Pregnancy can be affected due to various factors. If you have a benign breast tumor, it may cause you to have difficulty getting pregnant (depending on the type of tumor). Usually in certain tumors, it can be caused by changes in hormone levels in the body. An imbalance in hormone levels can cause pregnancy to occur.
Lumps in the neck can be caused due to various causes, such as glandular TB infection, enlargement of non-toxic thyroid, thyroid cyst, kimura disease. Lumps in the neck if caused by a thyroid then it usually does not cause difficulty getting pregnant.
Therefore, to ascertain whether or not it is possible to get pregnant, it is recommended that you check directly with a gynecologist, so the doctor can check your condition firsthand. Maybe an ultrasound examination will be done later. Bring your routine medication (if any) to the obstetrician if you do the examination.
