Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Need to be clarified, what pregnancy symptoms do you experience? When should your menstrual schedule be? Do you experience menstrual delays?
A pregnancy test using a testpack should ideally be done with a urine sample the first time you wake up in the morning. The purpose of using this urine is to get a concentrated urine sample, so that if pregnancy does occur, the potential for the hormone hCG (human Chorionic gonadotropin) in urine to be detected through the testpack will be greater. The content of this hormone in the urine is used as a standard for the testpack in determining whether a woman is pregnant, or not.
However, that does not mean that other urine specimens cannot be used for the testpack.
As long as you adhere to the testpack procedure according to the instructions in the package properly, urine specimens at any time (not only those obtained in the first urine in the morning) can you make an examination sample. According to several sources, the results of this testpack examination will be more accurate if done after a delay in menstruation for at least 1 week. Furthermore, whatever the results, you still need to reconfirm the results of the testpack by going to a doctor or obstetrician. To avoid false-positive (false-positive) or false-negative (false negative) results, your doctor may also recommend that you undergo further tests, for example in the form of blood tests or ultrasound (ultrasonography).
Hope this helps ...
