Ultrasonography (USG) is a safe investigation performed for pregnant women. Some ultrasound terms include:
GS: gestational age is the size of the fetal sac inside the uterus. Generally GS is a measurement parameter in first trimester pregnancy
GA: Gestational age, is a term for estimating gestational age.
EDD: estinnation delivery date, i.e. estimated time of birth
BPD: biparietal diameter is a measure of the diameter of a baby's head
FL: femur length is the length of the femur / thigh bone
HC: head circumferencial indicates the size of the fetal head circumference
AC: abdominal circumferencial indicates the size of the fetal abdominal circumference
CRL: crown rump length is the size of the fetus from the crown of the head to the tail of the fetus
FW: fetal weight is the estimated fetal weight
FHR: fetal heart rate indicates the fetal heart rate
Based on ultrasound information, your pregnancy enters 4-5 weeks of age. The results of the ultrasound examination only suggest that the size of the gestational sac now reaches 1.65 cm, the gestational age enters the fifth week, and the estimated gestational age in October. In the first trimester of pregnancy, not all parameters of an ultrasound examination are performed. A new gestational age of less than 8 weeks tends to only be visible pockets of pregnancy and fetal heartbeat. Fetal organs can not be clearly seen through conventional ultrasound examination.
Spots that occur in early pregnancy can indicate a condition that is normal or abnormal. Normal spots if the amount is not too much and can stop itself for approximately 2-3 days. Spots can occur as a result of the implantation process, which is when an embryo attaches itself to the uterus and often causes slight bleeding in some women. These symptoms often occur in early pregnancy. Other causes such as bleeding after sexual intercourse, the influence of pregnancy hormones in the body, or infection can be a factor causing bleeding during the first pregnancy. Spots are not normal if there are many, accompanied by lumps coming out of the vagina. This condition can be caused by abortion / fetal death in the uterus. Some abortion can be accompanied by abdominal pain (incomplete abortion) and without abdominal pain (complete abortion). The existence of a grape pregnancy and an ectopic pregnancy can trigger bleeding from the vagina during the first trimester of pregnancy
Consult further with your obstetrician, in order to get more complete and relevant information related to the condition of your pregnancy. It is advisable to take a break, avoid strenuous activities, consume vitamins for pregnant women, avoid sexual intercourse for a while, meet your water needs and do an evaluation regarding the amount and color of bleeding if it is still ongoing.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
