Hello Setiya,
Thank you for the question.
When it is true that fresh blood comes out of the anus, not from the vagina, then this condition often arises because of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids occur when veins in the anus swell. This condition is indeed vulnerable for pregnant women, especially because of the position of the pregnancy which compresses the rectum and anus, causing the veins in the area to swell. Other factors, such as constipation, obesity, diarrhea or chronic cough, lack of drinking, and a low-fiber diet can also increase your risk of developing hemorrhoids.
In addition to hemorrhoids, fresh blood that comes out of the anus during pregnancy may also be caused by anal fissure, dysentery, anal cancer, colorectal cancer, polyps, anal fistulas, and so on. It could be, in fact the blood is not coming out of the anus, but from other organs, for example due to placenta previa, placental abruption, infection in the uterus, bleeding disorders, infections or urinary tract stones, myoma, and so on.
To be clear, you need to see yourself directly to the doctor or obstetrician. Often, enough with a regular physical examination, the doctor can determine the appropriate management. It may be that later, your symptoms will only be observed, given drugs, or maybe other therapeutic modalities are also done.
In the meantime, don't panic. Prevent recurring complaints, that is by drinking a lot, never holding back defecation, diligent eating vegetables and seeds, eating more fruit, increasing the cleanliness of your anus and intimate organs, never having excessive sexual intercourse during pregnancy, and not taking any drugs or any herbal medicine without the advice of a doctor.
Hope this helps ...
