Pregnancy occurs when a sperm cell meets an egg (ovum), produces a zygote and attaches to the wall of the mother's uterus to develop into a baby. So the condition for pregnancy is the presence of sperm cells and ovum cells.
Based on your data, chances are that your condition is not a pregnancy. If you are still in doubt, you are advised to consult directly to a doctor, either a general practitioner or a Gynecologist because a pregnancy diagnosis is not only based on an enlarged stomach.
Another condition that causes the stomach to enlarge is fat deposits in the body. Fat deposits accumulate most quickly in the abdominal area, and cause a person to have central obesity. The easiest way to find out if fat deposits have accumulated is to measure your waist circumference. The recommended waist circumference is less than 100cm for men, and less than 90cm for women (other sources say <90cm for men, and <80cm for women).
If your waist circumference is more than normal, then you have central obesity. Some suggestions that can be done include:
Eat a nutritious, balanced diet and eat less snacking. Regular exercise, at least three times a week, each at least 30 minutes for light exercise, or 15 minutes for vigorous exercise. Drink enough water, at least 2L / day, avoid alcoholic drinks and high sugar content. Do not smoke.
If the complaints you feel are getting more and more disturbing, it's a good idea to visit the doctor immediately to get the right treatment.
