Premature Aging At The Age Of 25 Years.?
Hello, I’m a 25 year old girl. But I am aging very fast. My skin is sagging, especially on my face. I oungan under the eyes, eye bags, eyelids that fall, wrinkles the forehead. Skin texture is also not as smooth as before. The skin of other parts is also wrinkled and my breasts are sagging. Lately the process of change has become faster. Wrinkles on my forehead appear in the last 2 months. When I don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, exercise diligently, and eat healthier than those around me. I started to consume collagen powder recently, but the only difference I feel is skin hydration. What can I do to restore my body to the way it should be? Please help.
Hello, thanks for the question.
Aging is a natural thing that is sure to happen to everyone. Aging usually occurs in old age, increasing age, the condition of cells in the body decreases, including the skin so that wrinkles will appear on the face, the skin becomes less elastic, spots on the skin, and so-called poor aging. This is influenced by several factors, such as heredity, diet, lifestyle, habits, exposure to sunlight, pollution, loss of supporting tissues under the skin (subcutaneous tissue), stress, gravity, obesity, and so forth. Some habits such as smoking or exposure to cigarette smoke, continuous exposure to sunlight will produce free radicals that can cause premature aging. If you experience premature aging, you should consult a dermatologist for further examination and treatment. The doctor may suggest giving medicines, facial treatments, and providing education that can be done. Treatment options that can be done can be in the form of administration of drugs containing retinoids, vitamin C, to treatment methods or surgical procedures if needed. We recommend that you do a healthy lifestyle with multiply foods high in fiber and vitamins, especially vitamin C and vitamin E which are good for the skin, use sunscreen when active outdoors, use facial moisturizers, routinely clean your face with facial foam that matches your skin type, use a mask if outdoor activities with poor air pollution, adequate rest, increase the consumption of water at least 2L per day, avoid stress, cigarettes, and alcohol.
Thus, hopefully it helps.
