Good evening Bagas, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Lymph nodes are basically organs that are normally present in our body. This gland functions as the body's defense system and reacts to release immune cells when the body is attacked by disease or infected by bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites.
When someone gets sick too often, gets infected too often, or the pain doesn't heal for one reason or another, the lymph nodes work too hard and eventually swell. Swollen lymph nodes can also be caused by:
Infection, whether in the form of strep throat, respiratory tract infections, ear infections, tuberculosis, measles and HIV Immune system diseases or autoimmune diseases, where the immune system attacks itself Side effects of using cancer drugs
In your case, the complaints that you feel with sore throats, nosebleeds, chills, dizziness and so on are most likely not from the swollen lymph nodes, but from respiratory infections, nasal infections, or influenza that you do have. This infection then causes these symptoms, plus swollen lymph nodes.
So that the best way to handle and how to prevent lymph nodes to get bigger is to get well as soon as possible. This can be achieved by taking medicine regularly as recommended, adequate rest, avoiding stress, cigarette smoke, consumption of healthy and high nutritious foods such as vegetables and fruit, warm compresses on the swollen parts and multiply drinking warm water. Then of course, if your complaint does not improve even though the medicine given is out of stock or even burdensome even though you are already taking medication, return to the doctor who previously treated you for evaluation, change the medicine, add it up, or even be referred to for more specific treatment. So, hopefully answering your question.
