Previous Cesarean Section Sutures Were Throbbing And Are Currently 34 Weeks Pregnant?
I want to ask … I’ve had a first child cesarean section in 2016, and this is a big pregnancy. and the stitches from the surgery are painful and the pulse is like that … And I want to ask you that I’m pregnant too, this is placenta previa and it’s still estimated to be 34 weeks. My stomach is half an hour. I am in the stomach and there is blood all mixed with water … That’s a game, right? But how come with my baby? I want to get sick again
Hello Rina, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Pain in a caesarean scar, even though it has been a long time, can still be felt once in a while, especially when pregnant again due to stretching in the abdomen. As long as the pain is not severe and is not accompanied by a decrease / loss of fetal movement, this condition can still be said to be quite safe. However, if the pain is felt to be more intense or to be accompanied by a decrease / loss of fetal movement, immediately go to the hospital emergency room.
In the condition of placenta previa, indeed complaints of blood loss from the birth canal will be experienced quite often, but not accompanied by the presence of water and heartburn and not felt continuously. Although the heartburn is still arising, it is strongly recommended that you go to the hospital emergency room for further examination whether you currently have a threat of preterm birth or not and whether your pregnancy can still be maintained or not.
In the meantime, as mentioned above, immediately go to the hospital emergency room (highly recommended to the emergency room for special mothers and children who have a standard obstetrician) to ensure the current condition of your pregnancy. It is also recommended to keep monitoring your fetal movements, whether decreased / lost at all. It is recommended to remain calm, and rest during the trip to the hospital to help reduce bleeding.
I hope this helps.
