Prolonged Blood Loss Outside The Menstrual Cycle When Fatigue?
Hay I’m hotimah age 32 years, in 2014 I miscarried at the age of more than 3 months of pregnancy and interval of 2 years I was pregnant again until now my child is over 3 years old … in short two weeks ago I was exhausted for 2 full days and immediately I got my period, I thought it was only because of fatigue, but why hasn’t my period stopped? Is it because of a miscarriage or because of exhaustion huh? And how to overcome it? Previously, I thank you, blessings, amen.
Good morning Hotimah, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Bleeding outside the normal menstrual cycle, can occur due to various things, including:
Female hormonal imbalance
Imbalance of thyroid hormone
Stress, a lot of mental pressure
Poor lifestyle, such as lack of sleep, excess weight or less, and inhaling cigarette smoke
Side effects of hormonal birth control
And it could also be other causes depending on the results of the examination. So regarding your question, this has nothing to do with your miscarriage history because it has passed long enough. Our advice, if you suspect this is more because of lifestyle, fatigue or other factors that can still be changed, try to fix it first. Maintain ideal body weight, multiply eating vegetables and fruit, avoid oily foods, enough rest, and avoid smoking.
If it still does not improve, or the blood has come out enough to make you weak, immediately consult a gynecologist for a history, physical examination and support if necessary, such as ultrasound and blood tests. The handling you will receive later depends on the results of this inspection. So, hopefully answering your question.
