Prolonged Stuffy Nose And Flatulence?
Good afternoon, I want to ask you for the past 5 months I have had a stuffy nose and the wind keeps coming back, bloating, what is congenital from a blocked nose, and what is that disease?
Based on your description, we find that there are at least 2 complaints that you are experiencing, namely a stuffy nose and a feeling of bloating. Nasal congestion is mostly caused by swelling of the mucous membrane that lines the inside of the nose due to many things such as allergies, emotional conditions (crying), and respiratory infections. Allergies themselves can be triggered by many things such as dirt contained in the surrounding air, air that is too cold, or consumption of certain foods/drinks. While the feeling of bloating can be caused by increased pressure in the stomach, for example due to eating / drinking too much, or increased stomach contents by gas which can be caused by a gastrointestinal infection or heartburn. Some psychological conditions also affect gastric problems and therefore good psychological management is needed.
You can wash your nose with a saline solution to reduce the risk of allergies and clean your nose of germs and dirt. Regarding bloating, in addition to limiting food portions and consuming adequate fluids, we recommend that you limit or avoid spicy foods, coconut milk, and caffeinated drinks. If the condition does not improve, do not hesitate to consult a doctor. Here we attach an article about bloating. Hope it is useful.
