About a year ago I took part in rafting for 3 hours, and since then my upper middle back often hurts during work hours, but when night is rubbed with ax oil, it disappears. but often relapses when sitting at a bad office desk or lifting heavy bags while working. after that a month later recovered. Now, after a year, he relapsed again with the same position of pain. what is this because of? and how to cure it, because before rafting was never like this even though you lifted heavy / sat badly in the office? Apart from pain, have you had any other complaints? Middle upper back pain can be caused by:

muscle tension due to incorrect posture when sitting, standing, or lifting weights
use of unsuitable shoes
the bed is too curved
lifting heavy bags
