Proper Root Care In Cavities?
Hello, r nI am currently in the root treatment stage because my left upper tooth is hollow and the doctor recommends treating the root of the tooth. How many times do you usually treat the roots of your teeth? I have just undergone it once (such as a small needle inserted into my tooth and using a tool) and I want to ask if I did the root treatment process at another doctor, is it possible? now my teeth don’t hurt anymore because there are fillings while my doctor said they were still 3 times longer while I was constrained by very expensive treatment costs, almost like surgical costs. So is it possible if I switch to another doctor to continue my dental work?
Dental care can be done in one visit or many times. Up to 5 visits. This will depend on the severity of the disease, the shape of the root canals, equipment, and the patient's immune system.
Of course, it is better if you do root canal treatment in the same place. However, if you are constrained by costs, you can still check with a doctor / clinic / hospital whose cost is more affordable or free.
You only need to submit all complaints, procedures and plans to be taken by the previous doctor, to the new doctor. You can also use government facilities such as BPJS for this.
So, hopefully this helps.
