Good morning, thanks for the question
Puberty in boys begins with increasing testicular volume. Enlargement of the testes generally occurs at the age of 9 years, then followed by penis enlargement and voice changes. Wet dreams occur around the age of 13-17 years. Normal puberty begins at the age of 8-13 years in girls, and 9-14 years in boys.
Voice changes become more severe in boys due to the growth of the vocal cords becoming thicker and bigger, as well as bone growth in the throat and face. These changes occur naturally and are directly affected by the hormonal system which involves the central nervous system in the brain and the reproductive system. This condition does not need to be a concern and cannot be prevented. In some cases it can cause social and emotional disturbances of children if puberty is late.
That's all, hope you can help
