Red Eyes, Feels Lumpy And Aches When Exposed To Light?
Good afternoon😊I want to ask lately my eyes are red, like there are lumps, pain while sleeping, and pain when exposed to light how to overcome it Thank you😊
Thank you for the question.
Blushing, wobbling, and painful eyes can indicate inflammation in eye components, such as blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids), conjunctivitis (inflammation of the lining of the eye), uveitis (inflammation of the uvea tract), keratitis (inflammation of the eye cornea), endophthalmitis inner eyeball layer), and panophthalmitis (inflammation of the entire eyeball layer). Other conditions, such as entropion, ectropion, trichiasis, hordeolum, pterygium, acute closed-angle glaucoma, etc. can also trigger complaints in the eye as you have recently.
It should be clarified, how long exactly have you experienced the complaint? Does it really interfere with your daily activities?
If the complaint has appeared more than 3 days, you should not leave it alone. Go to see a doctor or ophthalmologist directly so that your condition can be treated properly according to the cause. Before seeing a doctor, we do not recommend that you give any treatment to your eyes. As a first step, it's safer if you first reduce your complaint in the following way:
Always wash your hands with antiseptic soap if you want to hold the area around the eyes
Do not use excessive cosmetics around the eyes
Do not let the eyes get in the soap, dust, pollution, or other dangerous foreign objects
Put artificial tears (artificial tears) on the eyes to feel more comfortable
Don't over-exert physical activity that makes your eyes tired, including driving long distances or staring at gadgets for too long
Compress the painful eye with ice cubes or cooled spoons
Get enough and regular sleep, don't stay up
Hope this helps ...
