Red Spots Accompanied By Itching In The Groin?
Sorry doc, I want to ask. I feel itchy in my thigh area and there are red spots that are hot in the hospital. I want to ask if I have HPV
Hello Idayah, Thank you for the question.
Red spots that appear on the groin can be caused by:
ringworm, scabies, impetigo, contact dermatitis, hives, herpes zoster and others. Human papilloma virus (HPV) is a virus that causes genital warts or cervical cancer. Genital warts are a sexually transmitted infection characterized by the appearance of small, fleshy bumps on the genitals and anus. If the lump is not a fleshy lump then it is not genital warts. However, to ensure this complaint, please consult your doctor first. The doctor needs to do an examination on you to find the cause of this complaint before determining the next treatment.
In the meantime, avoid scratching the itchy area. Avoid breaking these freckles. You can apply a cold compress or use a different salicylic to relieve itching.
I hope this helps.
