Red Spots After A Fever?
morning, my baby had a fever last Wednesday but Thursday the fever was up to 38.8. the next day I took it to the doctor given a fever and cold cough medicine. the day after that my child has no more fever but the sweat that came out I felt excessive until his body was cold maybe the effects of sweating continue. Yesterday appeared red spots / rashes on the neck, chest, bed until my child’s face, but the fever has never been more. What I want to ask is that the red spots have the effect of continuous sweating or the effect of decreasing fever? if yes, do I have to see a doctor again?
Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Conditions experienced by your child can occur due to various possibilities, including:
In the case of your child, persistent sweating may be the effect of medication and recovery of the disease, and the red rash is part of the disease itself. Our advice, it would be far better if you have your child consulted by a pediatrician for further examination, because the possibility of the conditions is very diverse and can look similar to ordinary observations. With a direct check, misunderstandings can be avoided and the handling can be more precise, as if it turns out your child needs more than just a fever-lowering drug.
In the meantime, make sure your child wears comfortable clothes, still fulfills his nutritional needs, has no restrictions on eating or bathing, away from sick people, dust and pollution, do not give medication without doctor's advice, and have a check-up immediately. So, hopefully answering your question.
