Hello Doctor, today I just realized that on my groin there are a number of prominent black spots but they don’t hurt. A few moments later, I noticed that there were similar but still red spots on the chest, back shoulders, and some on the back. Maybe it’s a diameter of about half a cm, not festering. I want to know what causes it and how to overcome it? Thank you for the response ..

1 Answer:

Hello Rizky, Thank you for the question.

Is this skin rash enlarged? Do you experience other symptoms such as itchy rashes, fever, or other symptoms? The complaints you submit can be caused by:

biduran
erythema multiforme
prurigo
eczema
fungal infection
virus infection

Because of the many possible causes of your intended complaint, it is recommended that you consult with a dermatologist directly. The doctor needs to ask about your complaints and do a check on your skin directly. If necessary, the doctor will perform skin scrapings or skin biopsy. Further treatment will be determined according to the medical condition that you are experiencing. Please avoid scratching the rash. Try to find the trigger and avoid it.

Hopefully this information is useful.
