Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Reddish spots that appear on the skin, especially when sweating or overheating may be part of the symptoms of cholinergic urticaria. This condition occurs when nerve fibers in the sweat glands are stimulated when body temperature rises. As a result, the body will produce more antibodies, called immunoglobulin E (Ig-E), which causes complaints on the skin, such as reddish spots, swelling, bumps, bumps, itching, heat, and so on. Mild conditions will often improve on their own after the body temperature returns to normal as before.
It may also be that reddish spots on your skin actually arise due to other causes, such as insect or animal bite marks, skin infections, atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, allergies, and so on. Try to check your complaint directly to the doctor or dermatologist to be further identified, what are the possible causes, and what is the appropriate way to handle it. That way, your condition can be handled properly so that it no longer impedes your activities.
At this time, you can try the following steps to make your complaint improve:
Diligent shower 2 times a day
Wear clothes that are clean, made from soft, cool, and absorb sweat
Minimize activities in a hot room or in the hot sun
Always use sunscreen before activity
Drink enough, especially when active in a hot room
If you have a history of allergies, avoid substances that might make you allergic
Not taking drugs carelessly
Hope this helps ...
