Hello. Thank you for the question submitted to HealthReplies.com. We can understand the concern you feel.
Complaints of low back pain can be caused by several possibilities, the most common include:
Mechanical trauma / injury
Stones in the urinary tract or bile
Kidney inflammation due to urinary tract infections
Inflammation or suppression of the spinal cord
A more complete history is needed regarding the history of the disease, physical examination, and supporting examinations as indicated by the doctor to be able to identify the underlying disease that causes complaints of low back pain. We advise you to check directly with a doctor or a specialist in internal medicine so that evaluation and treatment is needed. As a suggestion, to help ease pain complaints, you can use over-the-counter pain relievers, for example: paracetamol, at doses following the rules of use listed on the drug packaging. You are also advised to get enough rest, drink lots of water, and consume balanced nutritious food.
