Rich Pubic Boy Bitten By Ants Aged 3 Years

Good afternoon doc, I want to ask my son, a boy aged 3 years and more last night, like being bitten by a pubic ant, and now swelling in red, will it cause dangerous or not, what natural remedies to use?
1 Answer:
Good evening, thanks for the question
Insect bite reactions under mild conditions will cause symptoms of swelling, redness, pain, and sometimes itching. Redness and swelling can also be enlarged if excessive allergic reactions occur. In these conditions the symptoms will generally show improvement in about one week.
As an initial treatment when experiencing insect gigigans, note the following:
1. Pull out the insect sting if it still appears on the surface of the nail
2. Wash the area bitten by an insect using soap
3. Use cold compresses on the area involved
4. Avoid scratching the skin
5. Elevate related body areas if possible
To avoid repetitive events like the above, use closed clothing and use shoes when outdoors activities, use insect repellent lotion, avoid using body care products that have strong scents. Do further examination with a doctor if you experience complaints of fever, chills, can not or pain, or scar appear festering for further treatment.
That's all, hope you can help.
Wassalam.
