Right And Left Vertebrae Have Different Growths?
Hello, I am 18 years old, I have problems with the right and left vertebrae, the growth is not the same. Feet u0026amp; my right hand is longer than the hand u0026amp; the left leg. My collarbone and shoulder blades have different growths too. How do I restore my bones? please give a healthy way to live so that you can prevent it from getting worse. That is all and thank you
To determine the length of the feet and hands requires precise anthropometric measurements. If you just look at it, the data taken is certainly not objective. If there are indeed significant differences after measurement, then further tests are carried out to find the exact cause.
Some factors that cause differences in foot and hand length and shoulder height differences include:
Effect of physical activity carried out more often with one side of the body
A history of injuries such as the presence of fracture healing is not perfect
Nerve disorders and blood circulation
If you feel the right and left limbs differ greatly, you should consult a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause. The doctor will perform anthropometry and other physical examinations and then if necessary X-rays, CT scans, or MRI can be done to help make the diagnosis. If indeed a medical condition is found that causes the right and left limbs to differ, then the doctor will provide further treatment that is more appropriate. Handling will be adjusted to the results of your examination, can the steps of physiotherapy, brace, to surgery if necessary.
In the meantime you can do the following tips:
Try to do activities in balance between right and left
Avoid the habit of supporting the body only on one side
Improve body posture
Hope it helps you,
