Right Back Chest Pain?

at night.rnDear want to ask. Why is it that when I’m eating/after eating, the right back of my chest feels like it’s being pressed..rnBefore I say thank you

Hi Siskaska,
The pain in the right side of the chest that you feel can come from the organs located on the right side of the abdomen through which food passes. Some of the possible causes for these complaints include:
12 finger intestinal ulcers (the first part of the intestine that connects to the stomach), where there is a sore on the part of the intestine that feels painful when food is mixed with stomach acid, more pronounced shortly after eating. May be accompanied by gastric ulcers.
inflammation or stones in the gallbladder / bile duct, can cause pain that radiates to the back and right lower shoulder
Inflammation of the pancreas, can also cause pain that radiates to the back
colitis
muscle spasm
psychological factor
To determine whether you have any of the conditions above, it is better to consult directly with a doctor so that a more complete examination can be carried out regarding your complaint. If there are indications, the doctor can suggest supporting examinations in the form of blood tests, abdominal ultrasound, CT scans, endoscopy, and others. By confirming the diagnosis, the doctor can provide treatment according to the cause.
Other suggestions you need to pay attention to:
Avoid consuming foods/drinks that contain spicy, sour, oily, caffeinated, and coconut milk
take antacid drugs according to the recommended dose to help relieve stomach acidity
Set a meal schedule, try to eat small portions but often (every 3-4 hours)
Drink more water at least 6-8 glasses per day
Get enough rest at night
Manage stressors
I hope this information is helpful.
