Tonight, I’m 22 years old. 2 days I feel my right chest is rather painful (but there are no symptoms of shortness / difficulty breathing), the pain was only sometimes and still mild. I have travel history from France and Spain in the last 14 days (this is my 5th day self-quarantined). Do I need to worry / see a doctor? if not, what do i need to do?

Good afternoon. Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

The condition that you are experiencing right now could be a mild symptom of the Corona virus. Moreover, you have just come from a previous contracted country so that you can be classified as a person in control of symptoms related to ringam and a history of traveling. For these conditions, it is recommended that 1. Do proper self-isolation for 14 days and completely avoid traveling 2. Increase endurance with nutritious food 3. Drink enough fluids around 2 liters per day 4. Avoid stress 5. Increase rest If there are severe symptoms such as very high fever more than 39 degrees, severe shortness of breath then you should call 119 extension 9 for further examination.
