Assalammualaikum Wr.Wb r n r nDok, I want to ask. It’s been more than 4 months my back always hurts. At first I thought it was just a cold, but getting here the pain gets worse. In the last 2 weeks, the right chest has a lot of pain until the back is sore. My head also often hurts suddenly, it appears after that it goes away. But once it appears it feels really bad. And every time I hold things, I often fall. My vision is often blurry too. Guess what are the symptoms of illness? Thank you in advance.
Hello, thank you for your question.
Back pain is an unpleasant sensory sensation associated with the spine and the surrounding supporting tissue. Most back pain is related to poor posture and certain activities such as lifting weights. Pain can arise from tense muscles around the back. Pain can usually be treated with pain medication and adequate rest.
However, back pain can also be related to diseases of the spine such as ankylosing spondylitis, which is chronic inflammation of the spine, or disc herniation. While the right chest pain that radiates to the back can be caused by stretching of the muscles, costochondroitis, which is inflammation of the rib joint, cholecystitis, which is inflammation of the gallbladder, or stomach acid disorders.
Headaches are also caused by various things. There are several types of headaches depending on the pattern of pain and the cause. Headaches accompanied by blurred vision can be triggered by migraines, eye refractive disorders (eg nearsightedness), anemia, or strokes.
Of course, to determine the cause of your condition requires a direct examination by a doctor. There may be several investigations that will be needed to help make the diagnosis, such as blood tests, eye vision tests, chest X-rays, abdominal ultrasound, head CT scan, or other examinations as indicated. It is better if the examination is done immediately before the symptoms worsen.
