Right Foot Tremor, And Weakness After Stroke?
After 8 years post-stroke I still have this:
Hi Mr Djaka,
Stroke as it is known is a coordination disorder (weak, unable or difficult to move) limbs due to brain innervation which has impaired blood supply so that a part of the brain dies, then its function is replaced with another part of the brain to move the body's muscles. The body's muscles, bones and tendons are innervated by the part of the nerves that are controlled from the brain, so if there is a disturbance in the innervation of the brain, spine or the smallest nerves, it will interfere with the movement and feeling of the limbs. Strokes do leave scars on the brain so sorry to say that, body functions cannot return to normal 100%. The main treatment is to prevent the recurrence of stroke because patients with a history of stroke have a higher risk of recurrent stroke, one solution is to set a healthy fat-free diet (such as fried, fat or cake or offal), stop smoking, stop alcohol consumption, routine consumption of medication. such as blood thinners and cholesterol to your doctor. Evaluate cholesterol at least every 4-6 months. Another solution is to undergo physiotherapy by training weak legs, wearing special shoes and sandals. It is recommended not to drive your own motorbike or car because it has the potential to endanger you or others.
Hope it is useful. Click the following article: Tips for recovery and stroke prevention.
