A pattern of fever with a lower or normal morning temperature, later in the afternoon and a higher night referred to as remitten fever, can be suspected to be caused by typhoid fever, malaria, leptospirosis, TB infection, and so on. Doctors need to dig further related fever patterns, accompanying symptoms, and risk factors.
If the complaint of muscle pain is dominant, be aware of viral infections, especially dengue virus, considering the peak incidence of dengue is currently happening. Make further consultations with your doctor if the fever has been going on for 3 days or more, so that further examination and evaluation can be done. Meanwhile, what can be done when a fever appears is to consume more water, consume a fever reliever, and keep the surrounding environment clean.
That's all, hope you can help
