Right-sided Chest Pain, Tightness And Heat?
Hello, evening. My right chest is a little sore and feeling tight, my body is also a little hot. That’s why? Please advise.
Is the pain still felt or has improved with rest? Right chest pain can be caused by several of the following conditions:
Respiratory disorders: moderate coughing, pneumothorax, pleurisy, pneumonia
Indigestion: stomach acid disease, inflammation of the pancreas
Heart disorders: heart attack, angina, pericarditis
History of trauma / injury to the chest
Psychological disorders: stress, panic attacks
Sports are too heavy
Other infections: hepatitis
To be sure, you need to check directly first. If you experience right chest pain, you can try doing the following tips:
Get enough rest
Eat smaller but more frequent meals
Manage stress well
Drink enough water
Avoid lying down after eating
If with the tips above you still experience recurrent right chest pain, pain accompanied by coughing up blood, shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, high fever, or pain radiating to the back and left chest, I suggest that you check with the nearest emergency room or see a doctor directly so that further tests can be done to ascertain the cause of the pain. If necessary, your doctor can do a heart record and blood test on you. If your condition is confirmed, your doctor will provide further treatment for you.
Hope it helps you,
