Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, positive IgG indicates a history of infection (can be acute infection or infection that has occurred before), while positive IgM indicates an acute infection or a recent infection. If your IgG is positive and your IgM is negative, it means that the infection that you experienced happened before (not an acute infection). Infections that endanger pregnancy are acute infections. In your condition, there is nothing you need to worry about because your infection has been happening for a long time (and now it is likely that the infection is gone / cured).
You should bring the results of the examination back to the obstetrician who is treating you so that you can do a deeper analysis related to your pregnancy history, and your current pregnancy and fetal condition.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
