Rules For Using Facial Soap After The Acne Disappears?
I have zits and now I’ve just left the mark … do I still need to use the acne soap or not do I need to use it … but I’m afraid of popping again if I use another face soap … thanks
Hello Sinta, Thank you for your question.
Acne is indeed one skin problem that can interfere with appearance. The appearance of acne is usually due to a combination of factors such as hereditary factors, hormonal changes, dirty skin, friction of objects on the face, high stress levels, the effect of using cosmetics, and smoking habits. Acne occurs due to the clogging of skin pores / hair follicles by a buildup of dead skin cells and sebum / skin oil which is then followed by a bacterial infection. Acne that appears can vary in shape, in the form of white blackheads, blackheads, papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts.
To answer your question, it depends on the soap content that you are using. The choice of soap is usually adjusted to your skin type. If you have oily skin that is a factor in acne, you are advised to use soap for the skin. In addition, you are recommended to use a mild soap that is not foamy and does not contain fragrance. But if the soap you use is a soap with certain ingredients to deal with acne, then you can stop using it if your pimples are cured and replace it with facial soap that suits your skin type. My advice, if you are still in doubt, please consult further with your skin specialist to determine the soap and other care products that are suitable for you. Also consult with your doctor how to deal with these acne scars.
You need to remember that the factors for the appearance of acne are very diverse, so you also need to do some of the following suggestions:
always clean your face before going to sleep
use cosmetics or water-based skin care products
avoid rubbing objects on the face
always shower or clean your face after heavy activity or excessive sweating
avoid squeezing blackheads or zits
manage stress well
I hope this helps.
