Scalp Ache When I Wake Up And Chest Pain?
Hello, I’m fara 21y. When I wake up I feel my scalp when held in pain as if I have been sucked, even though I didn’t. And followed by chest pain occasionally but often. Before I sleep tonight I also have difficulty breathing, what is the cause of my scalp so sick huh?
Thank you for the question.
Pain in the scalp, chest, and difficulty breathing can occur due to mild conditions, but can also be dangerous. Here are some factors that are prone to trigger complaints like this:
Migraine (throbbing headache that arises due to neurovascular disorders in the brain) Dyspepsia (increased gastric acid), can occur due to GERD, gastritis, inflammation or gallstones Peripheral neuropathy (peripheral nerve damage), can occur due to diabetes, infection, spinal disorders Stress , in more severe cases can also refer to health problems Other factors, such as hormonal disorders, meningitis, nerve nerve, bronchitis, pleurisy, heart attacks, pneumonia, pleural effusion, fibromyalgia, metabolic disorders, etc. If it is very disturbing in intensity, your complaints should be checked directly to a doctor or neurologist, especially for example if it makes you have a high fever, stiff neck, severe shortness, vomiting, to severe weakness. Conversely, if your complaint is mild, don't rush to the doctor first. This risks exposing you to diseases (including COVID-19 which is currently endemic). As an alternative, you can first resolve your complaint by:
Take pain relievers (such as paracetamol) to minimize pain Warm compresses in painful areas and tightness Eat regularly, small portions but often Regularly also exercise Do not physical activity too tired, get enough rest Manage emotions properly, wish to stress Do not carelessly drink other drugs without doctor's advice. Hope it helps.
