Hello DokBegini, for several years my scalp often peels like white and white like dandruff, but it’s quite big. Or not? And I am at risk of getting any disease. Please help. thank you

Large, white scalp peels are most often caused by dandruff. Dandruff can occur due to various factors, ranging from dry skin, fungal infections (Malassezia), lazy to wash hair, or just wash your hair too often. In addition to dandruff, your complaints can also occur due to seborrheic dermatitis (chronic inflammation of the skin that causes thickened and scaly skin like dandruff), contact dermatitis (inflammation of the skin due to contact with irritative or allergenic substances), psoriasis (inflammation of the skin due to autoimmune disorders), tinea capitis (dermatophyte fungal infections on the scalp), and so on.

Meanwhile, leg cramps when sitting cross-legged are usually caused by poor blood flow due to excessive pressure. These cramps can also be aggravated if you are deficient in neurotropic vitamins or minerals, lazy to exercise, or often make repetitive movements with postures that are not ergonomic involving the leg area. Or, cramps in the legs can also indicate a disease, such as peripheral arterial disease, deep vein thrombosis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, varicose veins, and so on.
