Hello Melati, Thank you for the question.
If you last had sex on November 28, 2019, then menstruated on December 21, 2019, and haven't had intercourse after that, then you may not be pregnant. Complaints that you experience can be caused by other medical conditions. Have you seen a doctor? Are you still experiencing abnormal vaginal discharge (like milk)?
Complaints of abnormal vaginal discharge accompanied by lower abdominal pain, hip pain, and bleeding (spots) outside of menstruation may be caused by pelvic inflammation. Pelvic inflammation is an infection that attacks the cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. This condition can be caused by sexually transmitted infections or other microorganism infections. In addition to the symptoms mentioned above, sufferers can also experience complaints of pain during intercourse, fever, nausea, and vomiting. Apart from pelvic inflammation, bleeding outside of menstruation can also be caused by hormonal disorders (for example due to a strict diet, drastic weight changes, high stress levels, use of hormonal contraception, thyroid hormone disorders) and ovulation.
Normally, changes / fluctuations in reproductive hormones in the menstrual cycle can cause changes in the breast such as breasts become painful, more sensitive, and enlarged. These complaints usually occur in the fertile period or 2 weeks before the next menstruation and symptoms will improve after menstruation. In addition to changes in the breast, hormonal changes in the body can also cause mood swings. Maybe what you are experiencing is caused by this hormonal change. If this complaint worries you or really irritates you, you can consult further with an obstetrician, especially if you still experience abnormal vaginal discharge. The doctor will ask you more in detail about your complaint and do an assessment of you. The treatment that will be given by a doctor will be adjusted to your condition. Your doctor will also be able to explain more precisely what you are going through after examining you.
For now, please do the following suggestions:
Use underwear that can absorb sweat easily
avoid using tight pants
do a warm compress on the sore breast
take paracetamol if you still experience hip pain, stomach pain, or breast pain that is very annoying
get enough rest
consume nutritious food regularly
sufficient water consumption
manage stress well
I hope this helps.
