Hy, after a few years my hands are always dripping sweat, and my chest is always pounding like I’m scared, what are those symptoms?

1 Answer:

Hi Anhy, thanks in advance for asking with HealthReplies.com.

Complaints that you feel can generally be caused by psychological conditions, such as when you feel anxiety, stress, or panic attacks. These conditions can increase heart rate and blood pressure, and stimulate the body's nerves which can increase sweat production. The most common locations for excessive sweating are the palms, soles, underarms and face, because these areas have the most sweat glands. Aside from this, excessive sweating can also be caused by:

- Disorders of the heart

- Disorders of the thyroid gland

If the complaint does not improve then you should do a direct examination with a doctor so that further testing can be done. Things you can do are: do relaxation techniques to reduce stress / anxiety / panic, avoid caffeine consumption, avoid smoking, avoid alcoholic drinks, get enough rest and do regular exercise.
