Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. We understand your concern. The condition that you experience can occur due to several causes, including:
Low blood pressure
Low blood sugar levels
Drug side effects
And there are still other possibilities depending on the results of the examination. Our advice, you should check your condition to a general practitioner first, because you need to dig a history, physical examination and maybe even a supporting examination to be able to know the tendency of the disease that you are experiencing. Various information such as whether there are triggers of this condition, what happened before this condition first happened, whether there is a history of taking drugs, a family history of complaints with similar complaints and so on is needed to get to know the disease you are experiencing. After you see the tendency, it is likely that your general practitioner will refer you to an appropriate specialist, which can be an internist, an endocrinologist, a neurologist, or even a psychiatrist if the trigger really is psychic. The handling you will receive later will also depend on the results of this inspection.
Meanwhile, what is important for you is to do a healthy lifestyle by avoiding smoking, alcohol and excessive stress, make sure you always consume enough nutrition, do not force your physical to do a certain activity, adequate rest, do not consume certain drugs or herbs without doctor's advice, and check yourself immediately. So, hopefully answering your question.
