I want to ask, my last menstruation was around 12 months May, after that I didn’t menstruate until now and the urine test was negative. Had a check the doctor was still negative. A week later the stomach feels hot, hot and nauseous. I thought only stomach acid so I only drank a lot of water but slowly began to feel short of breath to this day. I was able to take menstrual stimulants. Is this nausea and tightness due to the medication I take or because of stomach acid

1 Answer:

Hello! Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com

The normal menstrual cycle is 21-35 days, with a duration of 3-8 days. If the cycle and amount are outside this range, there may be menstrual disorders that can be caused by the following:

Psychic stress
Physical fatigue
Excessive dieting
The use of drugs that interact with hormones that regulate menstruation
Diseases of the female organs
The period approaching menopause, if the age is around 40-50 years
etc.
Nausea is not necessarily related to pregnancy. Nausea can occur due to:

Stomach or intestinal inflammation
Stimulating olfaction by something uncomfortable
Drunk vehicle
There is a mass in the brain
etc.
To ensure the condition, you should check with a general practitioner first. If further examination is needed, the doctor will consider referring you to an obstetrician, for example to confirm the condition with ultrasound, other specialists according to the suspicion of the condition against you.

As for what you should do is:

Overcome stress well
Limit excessive physical activity
Avoid diets that are too strict
Avoid using any medication before consulting a doctor
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
