Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Complaints that you experience can occur related or not related to your history as a smoker. Among the possibilities are:
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Asthma Pneumonia Tuberculosis Corona infections When associated with smoking, smoking itself makes the lungs secrete certain compounds that limit the amount of air that enters the lungs. This is what causes smokers to breathe generally shorter than non-smokers. Smoking alone also decreases the body's resistance and makes diseases that attack the respiratory system, such as corona infections, more easily spread. If it is not related, then the possibilities are very broad, it could even be due to the influence of thoughts such as anxiety.
So with all these possibilities, we cannot determine what disease you are experiencing without a direct examination. Our advice, if the symptoms have started to interfere or get worse, check yourself to a general practitioner or pulmonary doctor to determine the tendency through a series of history exploration, physical examination and support. Handling will be determined from the results of the inspection.
But if in fact the complaint is still not too disturbing, considering the world is being hit by a corona virus outbreak and you are one of the vulnerable populations, you should stay at home first, maintain endurance by leaving cigarettes, eating fruits and vegetables and multivitamins as recommended, regular exercise, and enough rest. So, hopefully answering your question.
