Hello! Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com
The tightness that you experience can indicate the presence of interference with (medical) medical conditions, such as:
Inflammation of the upper airway
Pneumonia
Lack of blood oxygen levels
Blockage in the heart
Gastric acid reflux
This tightness can also be caused by certain psychological conditions. In a psychic condition, actually from a physical examination will be found normal, but psychologically will cause symptoms such as shortness of panic attacks, acute stress disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder
To ascertain the cause of the condition you are experiencing, you should consult a general practitioner first so that further physical examination can be done. If further tracking is deemed necessary, the doctor may further conduct a supporting examination or refer you to a particular specialist according to the suspicion of the condition.
As for what you should do is:
Get enough rest
Limit strenuous physical activity
Overcome stress well
Avoid smoking
If you experience something that makes you panic, try to adjust your breath so that you will feel more relaxed
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
