Hello Bimo, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com.
I try to help answer.
Complaints of shortness of breath, back pain, joint pain and sometimes fever can be caused by:
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease): is inflammation of the lungs for a long time, thus causing obstruction of air flow to the lungs. This inflammation is generally caused by foreign objects that enter the body continuously such as cigarette smoke, vehicle smoke, pollution. Symptoms can be, shortness of breath, cough with phlegm, chest pain.
Bronchitis: is an inflammation that occurs in the bronchi (one part of the airways), which is caused by a virus or bacteria. Symptoms experienced include coughing up phlegm, tightness, chest pain.
Gastritis or ulcer: is an inflammation that occurs in the stomach, can be caused by viral, bacterial infections, drug effects, alcohol. Symptoms are felt in the form of pain in the gut, nausea, vomiting, flatulence.
To better know the symptoms that lead to what disease, further examination is needed by a doctor. Later the doctor will do a physical examination related to complaints that arise, and may even require additional examinations such as blood tests, ECG, or X-ray. COPD is generally not contagious. Because right now your corona outbreak is being suggested to stay at home to prevent transmission of the corona virus. But if complaints arise such as severe chest pain, sweating, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath, even fainting immediately take it to the nearest hospital to get further treatment.
Some things to do at home:
Avoid exposure to cigarette smoke, vehicle smoke, pollution, dust
Avoid smoking and excessive activity
Use a mask and mouth cover if coughing or sneezing
Regular exercise and muscular exercise aids breathing
Get enough rest and multiply the consumption of water
Thus a brief explanation from me, hopefully can help. thanks.
