Good night dock, it’s been 4 days I feel a little fever, pain in the legs, and shortness of breath. Previously I visited my friend’s boarding house in Cimahi and returned to the rain without a coat, until at home I felt anxious and afraid to hear the Corona virus, when I wanted to sleep my breath was not as usual a little bit tight and the next day I had a fever and my breath was a bit tight and painful on foot.

Hi Rian,

Thank you for the question.

Fever, painful legs, and shortness of breath should not occur due to mere rain. Most likely, your complaints occur due to respiratory infections (including infections by the Corona virus that causes COVID-19), infections of other organ systems, allergies, dyspepsia, inflammatory disorders, fibromyalgia, heart problems, excessive anxiety disorders, psychosomatic disorders, etc. .

Your complaints can occur because of a mild factor, but can also be dangerous. Therefore, handling this condition can be different.

Our advice, if you feel a mild complaint, you do first self-care such as with more rest, do not leave the house unless urgent, take medicine paracetamol to relieve pain and fever, do not massage carelessly sore feet and chest tightness, eat more regularly, reduce the first foods and drinks that contain gas, calm yourself so as not to worry too much, regularly exercise, and do not carelessly take other medicines without the advice of a doctor.

Conversely, if your complaint feels very severe, or if in the last 2 weeks you have been in contact with sufferers / suspects of COVID-19, you better check yourself directly to the doctor so that a more in-depth evaluation and given appropriate treatment. It may be that later the doctor will carry out further examinations such as blood tests, x-rays, throat swabs, or also refer you to an internist.

Hope this helps ...
