Shortness of breath can be caused by several disorders of the body, including disorders of the lungs, heart problems and disorders of the stomach.
Lung disorders are characterized by shortness of breath, coughing may phlegm or dryness, fever more than 37 degrees and can also be accompanied by colds and pain in the throat. While disturbances in the heart tightness feels the left chest feels like being overlapped and aching, pain can spread to the arms, neck to the left.
For tightness caused by the stomach can be marked by tightness in the pit of the stomach, or the lower chest and can be accompanied by pain in the part of the pit of the stomach and discomfort in the left upper abdomen. Acid reflux disease can also be referred to as an ulcer. If there is an increase in acid in the stomach, the acid will irritate the esophagus and cause pain in the esophagus. Therefore you should maintain your diet, not to eat spicy foods, coffee, noodles and sour.
