Good afternoon :))) I’m 22 years old and have a phobia of being afraid of heights. Lately, if I have a lot of thoughts about why I’m always short of breath, and I’m also more anxious now thinking about things in the future that sometimes don’t matter, and that makes my breath tight as well.
