Shortness Of Breath With A History Of Lung Spots
afternoon, doc I want to ask I have a history of lung spots
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically COVID-19 disease has the main symptoms of fever and dry cough. Shortness of breath symptoms will generally only be experienced by people who have severe symptoms, usually occurs in older people and people who have comorbidities (such as heart disease, chronic lung disease, cancer, people with immune system disorders, etc.).
If what you experience is just shortness of breath, chances are that you are not COVID-19. However, if you feel that your shortness of breath is heavy, you will still be advised to do a doctor's examination. When doing an inspection, make sure you keep your distance from other people who are also checking themselves (at least 1.8-2 meters), while waiting for an examination, try to wait in a quieter place and no one to reduce the risk of transmission, and avoid doing checks to COVID-19 referral centers.
If until you have a fever and dry cough too, then there is a suspicion that you have COVID-19. You should call 119 ext 9 to find out the flow of the follow-up to COVID-19 and to isolate yourself at home while awaiting examination.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
