Shortness Of Breath With Left Heart Aches, Dizziness And Nausea?
hello doctor, I’m 19 years old. So I started shortness of breath or shortness of breath from 5 months ago, but the feeling of shortness of breath was not accompanied by my heart aching, dizzy and nauseous. I am a smoker but I just started smoking it 2 months ago, I also don’t smoke often, only 2 times a week and only finish 3-5 cigarettes. But last night I had a really sick headache, I had taken neuralgin but it didn’t work, then I took ultracet but it didn’t reduce too, until during the daytime my headache began to subside but suddenly I was short of breath accompanied by pain in the next heart left, dizzy and nauseous. so what is my illness? thank you
Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The conditions that you experience can occur due to various possibilities, including:
Migraine or headaches
As for shortness of breath, this is actually a common thing found in smokers because their respiratory system is damaged due to cigarette smoke. This can gradually recover over time if you no longer smoke. As for other complaints, additional information is needed from the direct examination to be able to determine the diagnosis and the most appropriate treatment. Therefore, we recommend that you check your condition with a general practitioner or internist for this examination.
Meanwhile, the best step you can take is to stop smoking, while you've only done it for two months. Because even though for example later it is said that what you are experiencing right now is not caused by smoking, your risk of developing a similar disease or even worse will increase. In addition, also avoid dust and pollution, multiply the consumption of warm water, regular exercise, and immediately consult a doctor. So, hopefully answering your question.
