From then on I decided to go to the clinic and I got some medicine including stomach medicine and medicine for shortness. I took the medicine for 2 days (without shortness of medicine) then this morning I felt my chest was heavier and finally I took the medicine for tightness. During the day I did a little activity right after that my body felt very tired, trembled a little, and my breath was also tight. What should I do? please help me because I was not concentrated while studying
Hi Diajeng Ayu, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com.
Shortness of breath can be caused by several things, including:
- exercise is too heavy
- low blood pressure / hypotension
- gastric pains
- symptoms of a heart attack
- and others..
To find out the cause of shortness of breath on you, then you should do a re-examination with a doctor. The doctor will then conduct a short interview, do some physical examinations and additional examinations (supporting examinations) if needed. If needed, the doctor can make a referral to a more competent specialist doctor.
Here are things you can do at home: do regular eating, avoid consumption of cigarettes or alcoholic beverages, avoid heavy activities, adequate rest, manage stress well, avoid using tight clothing, increase consumption of vegetables and fruit, and do healthy lifestyles.
If your child experiences complaints such as difficulty breathing, severe pain, loss of consciousness, then immediately take it to the doctor.
